Yes, the resort is Adult only, Gay Men only. We welcome all ages, nationalities, singles, couples and gay groups.

Yes, we have about 40% single guests, who book their own apartment or studio. It’s easy to connect with other guests in the resort, around the pool, lounge areas, during the common dinners and -activities. You can go with other guest on day trips to the beaches, the local towns, rivers and nature.

Every apartment and studio has a private bathroom. Except Chanel, all apartments have air-conditioning, heating, a kitchen, private entrance and private terrace. There is Television with Netflix. There is also a Wi-Fi internet connection available in the resort (free of charge). Some apartment can host four guests, there is a surcharge for three or four guests instead of one or two guests.

We have a clothing optional, heated saly water swimming pool and a jacuzzi. You can be nude in the pool area and in the interior privacy of your apartment only. Sexual activities or anything related to that, are not allowed in the pool area or garden, you have your private studio or apartment for those activities. Swimming is at your own risk, the pool is not supervised. We have pool beds, umbrellas, a lounge area and an outside dining area available for our guests. The pool is heated from May till end of September. The jacuzzi is heated all year long.

All prices are quoted in € euros per apartment/studio suite per night based on two people. This includes Wifi, TV, Netflix TV, bed linen, bathroom- and pool towels for two people. Optional breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks are not included in the price, unless you pre-booke your breakfast. Some apartment can host four guests, there is a surcharge for three or four guests instead of one or two.

You can book and pay online. At the website you can see which apartments and studio's are available and what are the prices for dates you like to book. You can choose to pay 50% first if you book more then 8 weeks ahead. 8 weeks prior to arrival, the full amount needs to be paid.

By air: You can fly to Nice International airport and hire a car or take an Uber. Only 40 minutes’ drive.

By car: Coming from direction Marseille, Toulon, Aix en Provence : Take the A8 and get off at Fayence/Les Adrets. Follow the D837 direction Montauroux and after 8,5 km, along lake Cassien, you take the first right at the roundabout and follow the D562 direction Grasse/Peymeinade.

By train: there is a train every hour from Nice Central Station to Grasse, then a 10 min taxi ride to Peymeinade.

The parking is at the back side of house, you have to continue the road untill you see the parking place (don't go down the first road in front of the house). 

Please inform us one day in advance of your expected arrival time. Arrival and check-in is possible between 16:00h and 22:00h.

Smoking is not allowed in your room(s), and during common breakfast and dinners. You can smoke outside, on your private terrace. There is no smoking in the garden nor in the nature reserves in the area, as there is always a big risk of fire. 

Dogs are mostly welcome as long as they don’t bother our other guests, are friendly to other animals and you clean up your dog's poo in the garden and neighborhood. Dogs are not allowed on the beds, sofa's, chairs and in the pool. The garden is completely fenced. Our dog Luna is female, very friendly but reserved to other dogs.

Yes, we work together with a local gay masseur who comes to our resort frequently. We have a private massage room.

We recommend to have a car or rent one at the airport. There are many things to do and to see in the area, but only the local valley for hiking is on walking distance. We have a private parking area for enough cars.

Check out is before 10 am on the morning of your departure. We might be able to accommodate a later check-out but this will depend on other bookings.
